Here’s a little about me!
I’m passionate about working with folks to help manage their anxiety, perfectionism, and burnout, and altogether helping to build more self-compassion for yourself. However, there are many ways that we can struggle as a result of these issues so feel free to reach out to see how I can use my skill set to best support you.
I work mainly with adult clients 19 years old and up. I enjoy working with post-secondary students, young working professionals, those in high-pressure roles or jobs where perfection is demanded (e.g. medicine, aviation, law, dentistry, business/entrepreneurship, parenting).
